Please uninstall DM4 software, also uninstall all Suunto related drivers (e.g. Suunto USB driver, Suunto Serial, Windows Driver Package Suunto). Please make sure that your dive computer is not connected to the PC.
After you have uninstalled the software and drivers please restart your computer.
Then install DM4 from the link below:
Then install the Moveslink software:
When you install the Moveslink software you should see small 'M' in the bottom left corner the computer’s screen. Please click on this sigh with the right button of the mouse and uncheck the 'Start Moveslink Automatically'.
Then quit the Moveslink and make sure it is not running.
Please make sure when you uninstall the software, restart the computer and install the software again that your dive computer is not connected to the computer.
After the procedure described above is fulfilled you can connect your Cobra2 to the computer.
